Bill Nelson, a long-time wine industry professional in Oregon and nationally, was retained by the University to survey internal and external stakeholders and provide recommendations for how the Oregon Wine Research Institute might best move forward. Nelson presented his report at the September 2012 meeting of the OWRI Policy Board.
